Adding Non-Drug Allergy

Vision Anywhere supports the recording of both drug and non-drug allergies.

  1. Open an Encounter.
  2. Enter 'a' in the dynamic data entry bar to trigger the allergy forms.


  3. The add Allergy form displays.


  4. Record allergy by entering the causative agent, as you type entries display, select the appropriate allergy.

  5. Using the arrows record:
      • Certainty
      • Severity


  6. Enter any comments in the Notes field.
  7. Select Add to finish.
